The Battery Management System (BMS) is a system that uses artificial intelligence and is designed to predict the remaining battery life of a device.

Opportunity:

There are many automotive and stationary batteries without any management system, so their capacity declines abruptly, overloading the connected batteries.

Approach:

The battery is connected to an IoT device that measures current, voltage, and temperature. We used Random forest to extract some features and predict SOH. Using the LSTM time series model, we forecasted SOH and RuC up to 100 cycles later.

Results:

There were positive results from the studies. To produce more accurate results, we have two models: a predictive model and a forecast model.
